Nuclear concentration of α-ketoglutarate – Inagaki Lab / Laboratory of Epigenetics and Metabolism, IMCR, Gunma University

We newly established a biosensor to measure the nuclear concentration of α-ketoglutarate (2-oxoglutarate (2-OG)). This nuclear-localized α-KG probe will be a useful tool for elucidating the regulatory mechanisms of epigenetic enzymes.
